Blanc de Noir
BLANC DE NOIR 2021: This cuvée is a new approach to Cabernet Sauvignon for Château Puynard. A dry white, with a very slight tint that reminds us of it’s origins from Cabernet Sauvignon, we find notes of citrus fruits and peach, with a beautiful mouth where acidity and a little fattiness blend exceptionally well together.
